Questions

Do I have to pre-order to test X-Shred?

No. The beta is free and needs no pre-order.

When does my trip or season start?

Only once X-Shred is in the App Store, and then from your first day on the snow. At launch we unlock your order, on 1 January 2027 at the latest. Your trip (7 days in a row) or season (6 months) begins on the day you first use X-Shred on the mountain. You choose the first day freely, but within 36 months after unlocking at the latest; after that a trip or season you have not started expires. It is not a subscription: you pay once and nothing renews.

What happens until launch?

You can test the beta for free right now. Your order is reserved; at launch we unlock it in the app, on 1 January 2027 at the latest.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. Until launch, at any time and without giving a reason: reply to the confirmation email or write to [email protected]. If X-Shred has not launched by 1 January 2027, you get your money back.

How does my crew get in?

After buying you get an invite link by email. Send it to your group. Up to 10 people can join with it.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. The sale goes through Link (Sold through Link, LLC), a Stripe company. Link emails you the invoice and receipt.

What counts as one trip?

Seven consecutive calendar days, counted from the first day you use X-Shred on the mountain.
